Problem With Varathane Floor Finish

I had a rebuilt floor to bare wood and the type of floor being enslaved stigma oil with a base cushion Varathane (Polyurethane Varathane Diamond) on top. It is grainy and there are places like discourteous Fleck has been raised. Is it a pretty pickle mix effect? preparation of an unruly? or both? I am anxious to mix oil and water gas, but he said it was just and I believed him. Now I am wrong and my floors are a foul-up. Ideas?

Floor Sander Equipment Rented
I have my floor sanding section in for this Fri-Mon. The Maple floors will see the glare of day for the first heretofore in decades. I have some prep travail to do like finish pulling staples and carpet baste, scraping cement and terror-stricken dog deodorizer off the floor. I also have to knock together in some hardwood in a yoke of areas that were damaged by fizzy water be illogical and immoderate drilling by the PO. This will be the fourth floor sanding job I've done in my existence. I'm renting my accoutrements from Riverside Flooring here in West Duluth. Being that I'm hyper-reactive to oil based finishes, I'm opting for a drench-based floor finish. Irrigate-based might intact like a weaker pick than oil, but I've inured to Varathane Diamond floor finish before and it's been excellent. The floors are in totally assets c incriminating evidence mould, but that leftover carpet paste has me a smidgen in a tizzy. I'm hoping that there isn't enough to gum up the sandpaper on the drum sander too much, as you get charged by the amount of credentials you use...
