I really want a French country kitchen. Where do I get this design or wallpaper for my kitchen?

I can not tell if it is a stencil or wallpaper. I just received my first house with hubby a few months ago one ever understood what the style, I tried to do is. Country Hubby well to grandmother died and left us with a range of elegant collection of breeds of things.
