Where can I buy a quality sewing mannequin?

I looked everywhere to find a disturbing model of quality, but have not found one yet. When I look on eBay and Amazon, most of the results I get are competing. I am looking for a mannequin in the price range of $ 20 - $ 70, fit for a 13 to 15 years old fiancee.

I was away a garment and when I started, I bought a dummy on Ebay, but the quality is not good. Textiles began pulling the dummy in 3 weeks when I was changeing clothes the models for my shell window.
