Back in elevated Alma Mater, I worked in a bakery. It wasn’t straight any bakery, not the Krispy Kremes of these days… it was the old fashioned New York/New Jersey bakery… the thoughtful with off-white boxes, seven layer cakes, jelly donuts, cookies by the beat and baker’s twine. Besides playing baseball with the Italian bread and rolls (and people question why I’m a source-a-phobe… go interpret) my other favorite days once upon a time at calling was wrapping boxes with baker’s twine. I loved the enormous ball of striated lash that dangled from the ceiling and with faultlessness and go like greased lightning, I could wrap your 2 pounds of cookies in quirk constantly. The key was knotting the twine vigorously so the it could be acclimatized as a manage to enrapture out your boxes of confectionery empyrean. And while I may not use bread for batting habit anymore… I foolproof do predilection me some baker’s twine!
